Decision infrastructure for regulated workflows — a real product solving adjuster judgment at scale, starting with claims on Guidewire and Duck Creek.

What we are building

Regulated industries lose billions when expert judgment does not scale — inconsistent coverage calls, missed subrogation, adjuster overload, and audit risk. General AI cannot solve this: it lacks policy grounding, citations, and defensible audit trails.

IntelliHuman is building decision infrastructure — software that encodes adjuster, clinician, and dispatcher expertise into consistent, explainable decisions with human override. We integrate as an overlay on existing systems of record (Guidewire, Duck Creek, EHR, TMS), not a rip-and-replace platform play.

We are in the design-partner stage for insurance claims: structured 90-day pilots that verify outcomes on carrier data before broad rollout. That is intentional — regulated buyers should not trust marketing metrics; they should verify in production.

Large, urgent problem

Claims operations need consistent expert-level judgment under volume pressure. Automation handles documents; the bottleneck is coverage, triage, and recovery decisions with audit-ready rationale.

Claims wedge + expand

2026 focus: triage, coverage reasoning, and subrogation on Guidewire/Duck Creek. Same architecture extends to prior authorization and logistics exceptions once claims workflows are verified.

Expert-knowledge moat

Workflows built from Subject Matter Expert capture — adjuster playbooks, policy reasoning patterns, compliance requirements — not generic LLM prompts. Compounding SME network strengthens decision quality.

Partner-safe GTM

We sit on top of Guidewire and Duck Creek, not against them. Integration-first positioning opens carrier and SI partner channels without CMS replacement friction.

Enterprise-grade architecture

Built for regulated production: audit trails, policy citations, human override, SOC 2 aligned posture, HIPAA-ready design. Pilots prove outcomes; architecture supports scale.

SaaS economics

Usage-based or subscription pricing on decisions processed. Design partners receive favorable expansion terms after verified pilots — land with claims, expand across workflows.

Headline KPI targets on our site are pilot design benchmarks — not published customer results. We measure before/after in structured design-partner pilots.

Current stage

Product built and demonstrable — sample decision outputs, Guidewire/Duck Creek integration path, and a 90-day pilot framework. Accepting a limited number of claims design partners for 2026. No published customer case studies yet; pilot outcomes may be co-published with partner permission after verification.
