Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntelliHuman's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Acceptable Use

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false or misleading information

Intellectual Property

IntelliHuman IP: All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by IntelliHuman and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SME Contributions: By submitting knowledge or expertise, you grant IntelliHuman a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to use, reproduce, and distribute your contributions as part of our AVI systems. You retain ownership of your original contributions.

Enterprise Data: Enterprises retain all rights to their data. IntelliHuman does not claim ownership of customer data.

Payment Terms

Enterprise subscriptions are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Payment is due as specified in your subscription agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliHuman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntelliHuman is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
